Birds Eye View of our garden..
Our garden is surely not a big garden and therefore it is quite difficult and challenging to take a picture that would allow to get a better understanding of its dimensions.
Having said this I have been climbing up on our roof top while Iris had scheduled one of our quarterly ("let's clean the top windows of our wintergarden sessions") and after my window cleaner job I took some pictures from the roof top of our house.
Our "Vineyard" and our vegetable garden
Our garden is 90% a flower garden - with one little exception - along the wall of the garage at our neighbours land - we have setup a little fruit & vegetable garden.
We grow wine (3 german red Portugieser grape-vines) they carry each year sour red grapes and they are not only sour but there are not a lot of grapes either..) - we have a Kiwi bush which survives every cold winter but has never bloomed or produced a single Kiwi fruit! .
Each year we setup 2 bean poles with red Firebeans, we grow salads, mangold, greens, parsley, chives, erc. From time to time we try also tomatoes but our climate is not really supportive - also we manage to get a handfull tomatoes in each season.
Later in summer we plant field salad which we harvest late in fall.
